To engage the membership of our congregation, Temple Israel is currently seeking volunteers and committee involvement. Our objectives are to:

• Provide opportunities for members to serve the synagogue,
• Establish an environment for creative discussion,
• Use knowledge and talents of members,
• Giving individual members a better understanding of the mission, vision, accomplishments and challenges of the synagogue,
• Provide a mechanism for fulfillment of the mission, vision and goals,
• Expediting the work of the Board of Trustees, encouraging the flow of information back to the officers and the Board,
• Offer training for future leadership positions,
• Stimulate the sharing of decision making responsibilities by a broad group of congregants
• Afford members opportunities for personal growth and increase Jewish learning.
